Currently in Rabat on the Atlantic Coast. Going to stay here for couple of nights before heading south towards Casablanca. The exact location of campsite is the Camping de Plage in Sale just outside the main town and is rather pleasant. It is also the first campsite we have been to in Morocco that anyone else is staying at other than ourselves! Surely a good sign? I think ramadan has a lot to do with the lack of daytime activities in places around town but still fair amount of folk about trying to get us in their market stalls or rug shops.
Not nearly as intense as Tangiers and we actually managed a quick surf yesterday on the Sale beachfront. Had to contend with the local surf club whose president is the King of Morocco. No pictures yet am afraid.
