We headed away from the coast for a little to the more sun scorched earth of the Moroccan interior and to the city of Marrakesh. Its quite a crazy place and well worth seeing at night, it all kicks of in the main square of Djeema El Fna where they have snake charmers, dancers, food stalls and drug dealers. We managed to find a hotel bar for a couple of cold beers, where we bumped into a couple of Swiss lads (Patrick and Manuel - sorry for the spelling). They gave us some sound advice for the Mauritanian border crossing, which they were just returning from - Cheers Guys.
During the day time we went for a stroll around the colourful Souqs (markets), and took some photos. Managed to leave without buying anything, which is always a bonus.
